This hotel was such a luxury experience. The room was spacious and very clean. All new and modern and nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt. The breakfast was amazing, highly recommend! Only 20 min walk from train station which was fine, walkable to cathedral and shopping malls. Overall we LOVED our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Milan!

Very nice four-star hotel in Milan, Italy. I stayed here twice and enjoyed the location and all the amenities. Upgraded to a nice room on the 9th floor. Stayed in room 923 for four nights and room 933 for two nights. Room 933 has a nice large balcony, but is pretty close to the elevator though it didn’t bother me. Room 923 is a corner unit with a nice view too. In a great location with lots of shops and restaurants that are in walking distance. The fitness center is a bit small with just two treadmills and you have to book in advance - opens at 6 am with no exceptions. Nice sauna and steam room on the basement floor. Laundry service is quite affordable and returned the same day if you drop it off by 10 am. Good appetizers and cocktails at the hotel bar. Restaurant opens at 7 am during weekdays and 7:30 am on the weekend, buffet style.

The hotel is farther than I thought from Milano Centrale but there’s a nice little mall and grocery store close to the hotel. The room was spacious and overall design was pretty good. The only thing I would complain is the shower…I think there’s a flaw with the design that causes the water to splash everywhere on the floor…we had to put towers on the floor to prevent us from slipping. The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly :) One thing to note is that the tram is right outside so it was quite noisy at night…
